- Crostini with two toppings - choose from tofu pate and tapenade, roasted pepper, roasted garlic, mock chopped liver, and hummos and many others.
- Vegetable crudite - Variety of veggies, olives and pickles served with tzaziki (cucumber, yogurt & garlic) and creamy hummos dressing.
- Assorted cheeses - decorated brie with local or imported cheese, crackers and double seeded and plain baguettes.
- Vegetarian sushi - Hand-rolled vegetarian sushi wrapped in nori and tofu pouches and beautifully plattered.
- Fresh fruit - Selection of fruit chosen for seasonal availablility, may include some dried fruits for winter presentation.
- Ginger-lemonade - with floating frozen blueberries.
